Senior Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts
• Execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments
• Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
• Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations
• Support Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Support internal controls and audit requests related to Treasury activities
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within financial services or fintech
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Foundational knowledge of or desire to learn SQL and Python
• Strong understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, and interest rate risk
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and process automation tools (PyCharm, Visual Studio, Postman)
• Experience using AI tools like Claude to streamline business processes
• Familiarity with fintech regulatory requirements and compliance standards (SOX, GAAP)
