About the role
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize UA day to day, managing and scaling a sizeable monthly budget across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads, in-app ad networks, and programmatic DSPs
- Shape UA strategy and channel mix with data-backed recommendations
- Test new channels, platforms, and targeting approaches to find growth sources
- Build relationships with platform and network partners for support and beta access
- Maintain and extend measurement setup including AppsFlyer, SKAN, postbacks, and fraud monitoring
- Own the creative pipeline alongside the creative team, including concepting, briefing, and testing frameworks
- Monitor competitor activity in poker, social casino, and mobile gaming
- Work with creative and product on store conversion, including ASO and custom product pages
- Hit targets on CPI and D7/D30/D90 ROAS, optimizing for cohort quality
- Report weekly on spend, cohort quality, and forecast
Requirements
- 5+ years in mobile UA, with at least 3 years in gaming
- Experience scaling mobile titles through launch and early growth
- Experience scaling large monthly budgets profitably against strict ROAS targets
- Extensive hands-on experience with Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads, and in-app ad networks
- Knowledge of AppsFlyer, SKAN, and incrementality testing
- Experience using LTV predictions to guide spend decisions
- Comfortable running execution independently in a small, fast-moving team
- Fluent English
- ASO experience is a strong plus
