Senior User Reach & Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle engagement strategies from registration through reactivation
• Design personalized engagement and recommendation logic based on user behavior
• Develop market-triggered engagement strategies tied to price and trading activity
• Build automated engagement across push, email, in-app and other owned channels
• Establish metrics and run funnel analysis, segmentation and A/B testing
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Data, Algorithm and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in crypto exchanges
• Experience in personalization, recommendation systems or algorithm-driven growth
• Strong data sense and analytical thinking
• Understanding of crypto trading behavior, Spot and Derivatives products
• Hands-on experience building automated lifecycle frameworks
• Previous people management experience
• Strong project ownership from 0 to 1
• Fluent in English and Chinese, willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
