About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute research plans aligned with project goals and stakeholder needs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, surveys, and field studies
- Analyze research data to extract insights on user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Create detailed user personas and journey maps to guide design teams
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate findings
- Present actionable research recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Act as a voice of the user to ensure user-centric design decisions
- Measure the effectiveness of UX improvements and contribute to benchmarking
Requirements
- Experience working at consumer-focused product companies
- Ability to drive research projects in an experimental environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience acquiring user feedback via usability studies and A/B tests
- Strong time management and self-direction skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic
