About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user research plans aligned with project goals
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research: interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies
- Analyze research data to extract user insights and pain points
- Create user personas and journey maps for design and development teams
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and developers
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Measure UX improvements over time and contribute to UX benchmarking
Requirements
- Experience at consumer-focused product companies delivering strong user experiences
- Excellent English communication skills; analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience acquiring user feedback through usability studies, user research and A/B tests
- Experience in a dynamic design process guided by customer data
- Strong time management and self-direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language skills
