About the role
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, accessible and cohesive digital experiences that meet customer needs
- Define customer journeys, information architecture and interaction patterns
- Translate user research and behavioral insights into end-to-end user experiences
- Partner with UX Research, Digital, Marketing, Creative and Technology teams
- Simplify complex experiences and ensure consistency across the digital ecosystem
