About the role
Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships with C-Suite decision makers
- Drive retention and net retention targets across enterprise book
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead onboarding and implementation of philanthropic vehicles
- Manage end-to-end account engagement and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy
Requirements
- Executive presence and confidence with C-Suite leaders
- Proven track record of driving revenue outcomes
- Deep knowledge of philanthropic giving vehicles (DAFs, private foundations)
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Ability to travel up to 15%
