Senior Vice President - Family Office (Private Investments)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Family Office Investment Policy Statement
• Set strategic and tactical asset allocation across public and private asset classes
• Source, evaluate and execute direct investments, co-investments and fund commitments
• Oversee portfolio performance and select and monitor external fund managers
• Manage wealth structuring, succession planning and regulatory compliance
• Establish investment committee, risk management framework and KYC/AML controls
• Deliver consolidated reporting and manage private bank and adviser relationships
• Build, lead and develop the Family Office investment and finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
• Minimum 15 years in investment management, private equity or family office
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience at a tier-one global financial institution
• Proven track record managing multi-asset portfolios and direct private investments
• Knowledge of wealth structuring and UAE (DIFC, ADGM) regulatory and tax environment
• Experience working with a principal or ultra-high-net-worth family in the GCC
• Real estate investment expertise and established network of private banks and fund managers

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA or CAIA
