Senior VIP Relationship Manager (MENA)

Responsibilities

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients
• Build rapport, including enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients via frequent and sustained communication
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analyze the clients' behavior, to identify their unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal excellent service solutions and experience

Requirements

• Client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks
• Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous
• Prior working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, etc. is preferred
• Strong communication and written skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining good multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrates enthusiasm for the rapidly evolving crypto industry and stays up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
