Senior VIP Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for actively trading VIP clients
• Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and support
• Support users in navigating OKX product offerings, VIP structures, and platform updates
• Manage VIP upgrades and various product configurations
• Drive revenue growth from trusted accounts and scale business partnerships
• Contribute to regional strategies and execute action plans
• Support Product & Engineering teams with development activities
• Participate in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve VIP offerings

Requirements

• Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related sectors
• Strong client management and relationship building skills
• Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
• Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel to CIS, MENA, SEA, or other regions if required
• Fluency in English and native Russian is required

• Experience working with key stakeholder management across different levels
• Ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams
