Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for actively trading VIP clients
- Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and support
- Support users in navigating OKX product offerings, VIP structures, and platform updates
- Manage VIP upgrades and various product configurations
- Drive revenue growth from trusted accounts and scale business partnerships
- Contribute to regional strategies and execute action plans
- Support Product & Engineering teams with development activities
- Participate in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve VIP offerings
Requirements
- Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or related sectors
- Strong client management and relationship building skills
- Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel to CIS, MENA, SEA, or other regions if required
- Fluency in English and native Russian is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with key stakeholder management across different levels
- Ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams
