About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, high-fidelity visual design for Account Hub screens, modular components, and end-to-end user flows
- Apply UX judgment to identify usability issues and flow improvements
- Partner with Design Lead and UX counterparts to translate wireframes into production-ready designs
- Maintain visual alignment with corporate design system guidelines
- Collaborate with the central design system team to contribute new patterns
- Prepare visual specifications and asset handoffs for engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual, UI, or digital product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity UI design and component patterns
- Deep experience with component libraries and UI kit design systems
- Expertise in Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or UX Design
- Professional English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing multi-brand platforms or unified account hubs
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services
- Basic understanding of front-end implementation constraints (HTML/CSS/React)
