About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX and visual design for search experiences across digital platforms
- Maintain visual alignment with the global design system while adapting and refining components for search
- Collaborate with the core design system team to feed search patterns back into the central system
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to validate usability and technical feasibility
- Establish and refine core interaction and visual patterns for search, filtering, and content discovery
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Visual Designer
- Demonstrated track record of owning full lifecycle design decisions
- Proven experience working within and evolving enterprise design systems
- Strong, accessible portfolio highlighting end-to-end UX/UI design and search patterns
- Proficiency in modern digital design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience designing search, discovery, or complex data navigation interfaces
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies like HTML/CSS
