Senior/Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own complex product problems from discovery through delivery
• Design end-to-end journeys, workflows, and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile
• Prototype concepts early to explore ideas and align stakeholders
• Translate complex financial concepts and data into intuitive user experiences
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
• For Staff-level roles, provide mentorship and strategic design leadership across teams

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products, ideally in fintech, banking, or lending
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and visual craft
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive work independently
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lending, underwriting, credit, or risk products
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Experience designing AI-powered products
• Experience contributing to design systems at scale
