Since 2007, it has evolved into a trusted partner for developers, brokers, and home seekers.
Responsibilities
- Own the content roadmap and prioritization across the full property journey
- Apply deep LLM knowledge and agentic workflows to scale content output via AI
- Manage and coach a distributed writing team, including interns
- Build data-driven roadmaps using semantic SEO, topical maps, and query intent
- Design AI-assisted production workflows with enforced quality gates
- Partner with PR on digital PR and link-worthy assets
- Maintain technical SEO fluency regarding crawling, indexation, and structured data
- Pull and analyze data using SQL, BigQuery, GSC, and GA4 to instrument performance
- Run content A/B tests with statistical rigor
Requirements
- 7+ years in SEO/content with 3+ years leading multi-writer teams
- Deep practical experience with LLM content systems and agentic workflows
- Expertise in semantic SEO, entities, and topical maps
- Experience with programmatic or product-led SEO
- Hands-on data skills including SQL, BigQuery, GSC, GA4, and SEMrush
- Proven track record as a player-coach
- Strong prioritization and experimentation discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic proficiency
- MENA market experience, specifically in UAE real estate or classifieds
