About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement strategies to improve site performance
- Perform deep keyword research and competitive analysis
- Develop and execute effective, SEO-driven content strategies
- Optimize and manage local SEO presence across Google Business Profiles
- Monitor and analyze organic performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Work with web developers to resolve technical SEO bottlenecks
- Oversee foundational SEO setup for new websites and landing pages
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- High proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of technical, local, and on-page SEO
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Dedicated, noise-free home office setup with high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with home service businesses
- Basic web development knowledge
- Proven background in content strategy or copywriting
- Active Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
