House Buyers of America is a residential real estate investment company founded in 2001. We buy, renovate, and resell a high volume of homes offering a guaranteed, fast, and hassle-free sale to people who want to sell their house without paying a Realtor commission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough site audit to identify root causes of traffic decline
• Build and maintain a prioritized task list in Asana
• Manage task assignments for Dev, Junior SEO, and Content freelancers
• Write clear, well-defined technical tickets and follow up on progress
• Join monthly calls with the CEO and SEO team for reporting and alignment
• Review finished work before deployment to the live site
• Provide proactive communication via Microsoft Teams to unblock assignments

Requirements

• Proven track record recovering sites from Google algorithmic penalties
• Experience with national-scope sites and large numbers of templated pages
• Minimum one year operating as a full-time independent consultant
• Proficiency with WordPress, Elementor, Kinsta, Cloudflare, and RankMath
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and code-level troubleshooting
• Strong management skills using Asana for freelancer coordination
• Ability to present structured reporting to CEO-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the We Buy Houses or cash home buying real estate space
