Server Engineering Manager, Member Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the Member Experience server team at Raya
• Manage the full member lifecycle including application, onboarding, onboarding, authentication, and communications
• Partner with net-new payment systems built for scale
• Work closely with leadership, product managers, designers, and data team stakeholders to deliver business impact

Requirements

• At least 02 years of experience managing software development teams
• Deep knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, services, deployment models, and distributed systems
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to deliver on commitments
