About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Member Experience server team at Raya
- Manage the full member lifecycle including application, onboarding, onboarding, authentication, and communications
- Partner with net-new payment systems built for scale
- Work closely with leadership, product managers, designers, and data team stakeholders to deliver business impact
Requirements
- At least 02 years of experience managing software development teams
- Deep knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
- Familiarity with cloud architectures, services, deployment models, and distributed systems
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to deliver on commitments
