About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist Service Advisors and Service Manager with daily operational and administrative activities
- Welcome customers professionally and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Coordinate vehicle movement within the workshop and parking areas
- Prepare and maintain service-related documentation, records, and reports
- Open, update, and close service job cards
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments for timely repair completion
- Follow up on customer appointments and assist with service bookings
- Monitor vehicle service status and provide updates to advisors
- Ensure accurate entry of customer and vehicle information into the system
- Support invoice preparation, document verification, and filing
- Maintain a clean and professional reception and service area
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or automotive service support
- High School Certificate or Diploma
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- Experience with automotive management systems or SAP is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
