About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression at the branch
- Assist with transactions including deposits, withdrawals, clearing cheques, and foreign exchange
- Educate customers on FAB Mobile and digital banking services to drive digital migration
- Guide customers to use ATMs and CDMs for self-service
- Generate leads and referrals through product knowledge and cross-selling
- Ensure error-free transactions and adhere to compliance, audit, and risk policies
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS) and minimize complaints
Requirements
- High School graduate
- Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Relevant computer skills
- 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Familiarity with bank products and related policies
