About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression at the branch
- Support customer requests including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange
- Educate customers on FAB Mobile and digital banking services
- Direct customers to ATMs and CDMs for self-service
- Generate leads and meet referral targets through product knowledge
- Ensure error-free transactions and compliance with audit and risk policies
- Handle customer information securely according to information security policies
Requirements
- High School graduate
- 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Detail-oriented with a mind for numbers
- Relevant computer skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
