About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the branch and create a positive first impression
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, clearing cheques, and other banking documentation
- Educate customers on FAB Mobile app and self-service channels like ATMs and CDMs
- Generate leads through cross-selling and meet assigned referral targets
- Ensure high levels of customer experience (NPS) and zero customer complaints
- Process transactions with 100% accuracy following compliance, audit, and risk policies
- Handle customer information and documents securely according to Information Security Policy
Requirements
- High School graduate
- 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies
- Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
