About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a positive first impression at the branch
- Support customer requests including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange
- Educate customers on FAB Mobile and digital banking services
- Guide customers to use ATMs and CDMs for self-service
- Generate leads and meet referral targets through cross-selling
- Ensure error-free transactions and adhere to compliance and risk policies
- Maintain high NPS scores by following the 'Customer First' policy
Requirements
- High School graduate
- 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
