About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite mobilization, parameterization, and commissioning of complex VFD configurations
- Perform field service activities including troubleshooting, site inspections, and technical assessments
- Act as a rapid-responder for field roadblocks using advanced diagnostics
- Conduct progressive testing and site audits to ensure drives meet project specifications
- Serve as a technical bridge to End-Users and OEMs through comprehensive reporting
- Identify proactive upgrade, retrofit, and preventive maintenance opportunities in the field
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control & Automation Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in service sales, field service, or industrial applications
- Technical understanding of drives, automation, or electrical systems
- Ability to combine commercial thinking with technical problem-solving
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive approach to managing field activities and service coordination
