About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for project and program delivery
- Coach, mentor and manage performance of assigned team members
- Maintain accountability for delivery performance, customer satisfaction, schedule and financial outcomes
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors and customer stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, issues, budgets and resource utilization
- Support forecasting, workload balancing and resource planning
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and escalate critical issues
- Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years managing projects, programs or service delivery operations
- Minimum 3 years leading project delivery personnel
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise customer programs
- Experience managing project financials, forecasting, budgeting and resource planning
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of structured cabling, networking, physical security and technology deployment projects
