About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned services including early settlement and exit relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient service operations
- Maintain accurate records of daily and monthly service transactions
- Prepare comprehensive reports on service performance and customer feedback
- Support internal audit and compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related Field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Banking industry
- Proficiency in banking systems and service platforms
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and Central Bank of UAE regulations
