Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the service advisor function and customer service processes
• Manage the performance of skilled technicians regarding servicing, repairs, and technical diagnostics
• Manage the parts team and operations to ensure a sufficient supply chain and parts counter sales
• Supervise daily throughput for vehicle washing and polishing
• Support the sales division with new vehicle preparation
• Supervise workshop operations to drive revenue and profit while maintaining manufacturer standards
• Manage warranty diagnoses and claims procedures to prevent business loss
• Ensure compliance with customer rights outlined by the Ministry of Economy

Requirements

• Experience managing service advisor functions and customer service processes
• Proven track record in managing technical teams and workshop operations
• Experience in parts management and supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of warranty claim procedures
• Knowledge of local consumer rights and Ministry of Economy regulations
