About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for wholesale banking, global transaction banking, risk and treasury platforms
- Manage end-to-end WBG and BBD application integrations with upstream and downstream systems
- Oversee Azure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes operations and release readiness
- Coordinate vendors, RFPs, contracts and vendor project management
- Manage incidents, problems, change requests and service levels for the unit
- Lead data migration and Oracle SQL performance optimization for Eximbills and SCF platforms
- Plan DR drills, failover testing and resiliency validation
- Prepare monthly dashboards, reports and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in banking domain
- Project management experience to PMI standards
- Hands-on Azure cloud, CI/CD and Kubernetes experience
- Oracle database performance tuning experience
- Integration knowledge across ERP, core banking, payments and SWIFT
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Team management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing WBG and BBD products for banks
- Experience with Trade Finance or SCF platforms
