About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end network service delivery across SD-LAN environments
- Ensure service availability, operational stability, resilience, and customer satisfaction
- Govern managed service providers and strategic suppliers against SLAs and KPIs
- Manage annual service budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Own service risks, dependencies, and change governance
- Drive automation and service quality improvements through KPI and trend analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure, service delivery, or managed services
- Experience as a Service Owner, Service Manager, or Service Delivery Manager
- Experience managing network services, suppliers, and transformation programs
- ITIL service management and SLA/KPI management expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global, multi-vendor service delivery environments
