About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound and make outbound customer service calls about patient scheduling and general inquiries
- Respond to patient inquiries based on the ChenMed core model for care
- Escalate issues and concerns as appropriate
- Document interactions using web-based technology
- Collaborate with team members across departments to promote VIP customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding
- Spoken and written fluency in English
- Willingness to work overtime as staffing requires
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish, Creole or Vietnamese
- Call center experience
- Experience with web-based CRM systems
