Responsibilities
- Design ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices
- Advise on and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other tools
- Implement ServiceNow platform solutions for integration and automation
- Build and maintain scripting components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound
- Support implementations across FSM, S2P, CSM, and ITSM
Requirements
- CIS-FSM certification
- CIS-CSM certification
- CIS-ITSM certification
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience
- Experience with solution design and implementation
- Advanced English
