Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Build and maintain integrations across ServiceNow modules
- Develop scripts such as Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Work with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM modules
- Strong ServiceNow scripting skills
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
- Advanced English
