About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom scoped applications in ServiceNow
- Configure and manage ITSM, CSM, and Event Management modules\n- Integrate via REST APIs and MID Server configuration
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
- Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system performance targets are met
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions
- Answer technical and application configuration questions
- Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK) and ServiceNow Fluent
- Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator for development efficiency
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JavaScript,
