Responsibilities
- Design and modify ServiceNow Service Portal
- Review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
- Implement and manage Performance Analytics
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML coding
- Experience with Jelly script
