Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Experience working on Performance Analytics
- Experience with design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal
- Ability to review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest features
- Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
