ServiceNow Lead Engineer (Power BI +AI)

Responsibilities

• Develop customer applications for Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key functionality within custom ServiceNow instances
• Enhance ServiceNow event rules to ensure proper CMDB binding
• Interact with technical SMEs to obtain environment information for service map and event work

Requirements

• Experience as a ServiceNow Lead Engineer
• Ability to develop interfaces for various user audiences using custom application models or Service Portals
• Experience developing integrated logic and functional components via REST APIs
• Understanding of service-oriented and distributed application architecture
• Knowledge of credential-less and credential-based Discovery
• Experience installing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow SAM Pro, focusing on discovery, service mapping, and Multisource CMDB
• Ability to prevent duplicate CIs with CI identifiers
• Ability to extend Horizontal Discovery with custom Infrastructure and Application Patterns
• Proficiency in configuring, managing, and maintaining MID servers
• Proficiency with command line console for Service Mapping
• Ability to migrate patterns between environments for Service Mapping
• Knowledge of configuring Identification Rules for Service Mapping
• Experience in Discovery of multi-tier services including advanced pattern configuration
