ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - AI

Responsibilities

• Interface with end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• Integrate machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics into ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
• Manage full application development lifecycle including design, coding, debugging, and testing
• Configure integrations via REST/SOAP web services
• Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments
• Remediate production incidents

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, and development
• Strong experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist)
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist features like AI-powered case summarization
• Experience with mid servers and cloud-to-cloud integrations
• Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP, REST) and ETL integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
