ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to collect and analyze business requirements related to portfolio management
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module to align with client objectives
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation
• Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support
• Stay informed about the latest updates and trends within ServiceNow SPM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant with the SPM module
• Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and best practices
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical ServiceNow configurations
• Experience in conducting workshops, trainings, and providing end-user support

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications related to SPM or ITBM
