About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive service sales organization to achieve and exceed regional orders, bookings and margin targets
- Expand market coverage and manage quotation pipelines, bid-hit ratios and renewal capture
- Drive adoption of new products and digital service contracts
- Build and manage orders, revenue and margin forecasts
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership
- Partner with fulfillment and operations on sales-to-operations hand-off and backlog conversion
- Lead and develop the services sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years commercial sales leadership in HVAC, BMS, energy or industrial service
- Track record exceeding multi-million-dollar booking and revenue targets
- Extensive GCC / Middle East commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, service contracts and retrofit models
- Fluent English required
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced commercial qualification
- Qatar experience
- Arabic proficiency
