Responsibilities

• Telephone contact with potential customers based on a conversation guide
• Structured coordination and planning of appointments
• Preparation and follow-up of conversations according to a checklist
• Supporting strategy consultants in daily business (e.g., documentation, preparation)
• Careful maintenance of information in the system
• Occasional attendance at events with fixed task areas

Requirements

• Disciplined, organized, and careful work style
• Comfort working within clear structures and routines
• Calm and friendly telephone communication skills
• Reliable implementation of instructions and clean documentation
• Experience in customer contact, marketing, or consulting is a plus but not required
