Responsibilities

• Negotiate personal injury settlements with insurance carriers and adjusters to achieve the strongest outcomes
• Build settlement breakdowns reconciling gross recovery against fees, costs, and liens
• Develop and maintain relationships with adjusters, clients, and attorneys
• Execute negotiation strategies in collaboration with attorney customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in PI settlement negotiation, BI adjusting, or paralegal work
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
• Comfort using AI tools and concepts
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
