Shift Leader (Lifestyle Bartender)

Responsibilities

• Create memorable and unique guest experiences through high-quality beverage service
• Stay updated on new trends and micro-local offerings to meet evolving guest needs
• Act as a host of the space, taking ownership of guest service broadly
• Maintain bar functionality and appearance through expertise and attention to detail
• Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate guest needs
• Follow company policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance
• Handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and twist for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
