About the role
Responsibilities
- Create memorable and unique guest experiences through high-quality beverage service
- Stay updated on new trends and micro-local offerings to meet evolving guest needs
- Act as a host of the space, taking ownership of guest service broadly
- Maintain bar functionality and appearance through expertise and attention to detail
- Build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate guest needs
- Follow company policies, protect assets, and maintain professional appearance
- Handle physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
