Shift Manager - Asset Protection

Responsibilities

• Lead all security operations during the assigned shift, inclusive of gaming and non-gaming areas
• Direct the Security Supervisor in the deployment of the security team to maintain effective coverage
• Maintain a safe, secure, and controlled environment throughout the property
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and resort policies
• Oversee access control to restricted and sensitive areas
• Direct the security team in responding to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• Coordinate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Corporate Investigations
• Monitor the gaming floor for security threats and indicators affecting gaming integrity
• Provide coaching, direction, and corrective guidance to the security team
• Conduct shift briefings and handovers to communicate risks and operational priorities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' security management experience in large integrated resorts
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security or a related field
• Strong leadership presence and professional judgement
• High integrity, discretion, and accountability
• Sound understanding of gaming, hospitality, and security operating environments

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS International Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
