• Scour streams, tournament footage, and partner content to identify high-drama or humorous moments
• Work to structural briefs on hooks, pacing, and payoff placement
• Produce content across repeatable formats and series while maintaining consistency
• Support campaign and promotional content requirements for tournament series and product launches
• Manage your own edit pipeline to maintain consistent output quality and volume
• Utilize AI and modern editing tools to optimize output speed and quality

Requirements

• Portfolio of short-form content that has achieved significant reach or virality
• Deep understanding of poker and the ability to identify compelling moments (hands, bluffs, reactions)
• Ability to independently source content from hours of raw footage
• Strong grasp of short-form mechanics including hooks, pacing, and platform-native formatting
• Ability to produce high-volume content at speed without sacrificing quality
• Proficiency with modern video editing tools and AI tooling
