• Apply poker knowledge and audience psychology to identify dramatic or humorous content moments
• Develop and refine repeatable content formats based on performance data
• Conduct weekly performance reviews of content metrics including reach, hook retention, and watch-through rates
• Raise editing standards through consistent feedback and documented best practices
• Identify top organic content for performance marketing boosts and support ambassador campaigns
• Monitor platform algorithm changes and competitor activity

• Proven track record of growing short-form audiences with measurable results
• Strong understanding of poker mechanics and gameplay drama
