Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support SIM provisioning, activation, deactivation, replacement, and updates
  • Monitor SIM and device systems for errors, alerts, and performance issues
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate incidents as needed
  • Maintain logs, trackers, reports, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with device engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
  • Follow security, compliance, and configuration standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
  • Understanding of SIM technologies and telecom fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of provisioning systems and OSS/BSS flows
  • Ability to follow troubleshooting and escalation procedures
  • Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills
  • Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SIM lifecycle management tools
  • Knowledge of eSIM, SIM profiles, or OTA provisioning
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or monitoring platforms
  • Exposure to telecom operational support or device engineering
