Site Operations Manager- Contractor

Responsibilities

• Develop project management plans including planning, execution, and closeout milestones
• Lead multi-disciplinary Study Management Teams
• Manage clinical studies end-to-end to ensure high-quality delivery and appropriate resourcing
• Monitor study metrics, timelines, and budget expenditures
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor project teams
• Identify project risks and manage scope changes
• Oversee team training and performance of external service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech-sponsored clinical study management
• Extensive knowledge of clinical research and the drug development process
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
