About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all soft services operations at the assigned site
- Manage housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and façade cleaning
- Ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs
- Ensure adherence to HSE requirements and client expectations
What we look for
- Experience in soft services supervision
- Knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning operations
- Understanding of waste management and landscaping
- Familiarity with HSE requirements
- Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs
